Havilah Celeste web design was created because I love writing and creating. I spent nineteen years working for the Federal Government . Within those year I developed many skills that range from management, writing and building and creating web sites. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2024 with an Bachelors degree in English and Creative Writing.
 

 I spent the last few years of my career doing exactly what I love. Creating ideas and transforming them into visuals.   That's why I'm here. I finally found my passion. Well, one of them a girl can have a couple.
